Founthill Developments is looking for an experienced labourer/multi-skilled operative within the Essex area.

We are a privately-run company specialising in high spec residential development, extension and refurbishment. We are now offering a great opportunity for a Skilled Labourer / Multi-Skilled person to join our team.

Applicants should be very hard working and physically fit. You must be enthusiastic, reliable, and have a "can do" attitude.


Requirements for the position:

• Speak fluent English.
• Having your own basic tools will be an advantage.
• Hold a full UK driver's license and have your own transport to get to the job sites.
• Have at least 3years prior construction site experience.
• Must be hardworking, punctual, and reliable.
• Have a good working knowledge of required PPE.
• Have a good understanding of construction sites.
• Have sufficient skills on multitrade building sites, including general multibuilding works.
• Carry out work to high standards.
• Be able to carry out general site duties and assist with other nonspecific works upon the Site Managers request in a handymantype capacity.
• Be able to provide recent working references.
