Kennedy Recruitment are seeking a Business Support Executive to provide a timely and high quality administrative support function to our client in Belfast City Centre, ensuring the successful delivery of services to their clients.
Main Duties:
Customer Service
- Provide professional facetoface and phone reception cover for all clients
Office Administration and Management
- Provide Executive PA support to the CEO and Managing Director, whilst maintaining confidentiality
- Support the provision of effective diary management
- Accurately upload and maintain job vacancies on the website and external job boards
- Request, collate and report equality monitoring information in line with legislation
- Exceptional discipline, drive and determination to meet personal and team targets.
- Accurate and timely production of high value/important documentation for clients
- Execution of an effective and efficient process to manage and store all data in line with GDPR policies
- Control all office supplies and procurement of services for the business
- Manage all travel and accommodation bookings on behalf of the business
Financial
- Overall financial administration and management of company policies and procedures.
- Credit control, effectively pursuing outstanding invoices to ensure payment.
- Manage purchase enquiries from suppliers to ensure the timely payment of invoices.
- Monthly production of accurate sales invoices and reconciliation with the forecast.
- Accurate and timely update and maintenance of Xero Accounts with both purchase and sales invoices, ensuring the correction allocation to the nominal code, payments postings and remittances.
- Provide ongoing updates to Head of Delivery, Managing Director and Management
- Expense management on behalf of the Managing Director.

- Experience using Xero Accounting software and Bullhorn CRM / Recruitment Database would be desirable.
Remuneration & Conditions of Assignment:
- Monday
- Friday 8.45am 5.15pm
- Possibility of Hybrid Working
- Temporary with a view to make permanent
Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6-12 months
Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
