THIS WILL BE A 2 YEAR CONTRACT.


Main Duties:

  • Logging all IT support requests, documenting actions taken and escalating internally or external were appropriate.
  • To liaise with third party software/hardware companies to resolve incidents and service requests, progressing through to closure.
  • Provide onsite support attending office floors when required.
  • Assist with project related tasks.
  • Achieve the training and assessment requirements of the apprenticeship programme.
Hours are Monday to Friday - with 1 of these days as a study day.

This role would suit someone looking to get into an IT role.
