Description

Search Consultancy, one of the UK's leading healthcare recruitment businesses, is currently looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to oversee two Residential Care Home in Stockport.

As a Registered Manager in Stockport, you'll be working full-time earning a highly competitive salary of up to £50,000.
Working alongside the Clinical Lead and reporting any concerns with the residents and staff as soon as possible. The post will include on call duties and promotion of the Home to maintain full capacity.

The Registered Manager will be required to ensure the smooth running of both homes at all times, and to ensure provision of the highest quality of care to the home's residents.

Good communication skills, previous home management experience and a passion forproviding outstanding care are therefore essential.

Person Specification

  • Level 5 Managers award or equivalent essential
  • Minimum 5 years' experience at management level essential
  • Working knowledge of legislation and the Regulatory Framework underpinning practice in relation to care of people over 50 years essential
  • Experience in budgeting and recruitment essential
  • High professional standards and leadership essential
