  • The purpose of this job is to be a trusted adviser working closely with senior managers in Faculties and Directorates to develop local people agendas that align to, and support, achievement of the Faculty or Directorate plans and the overall strategic objectives of the University. The Strategic People Partner will help translate University strategy and the People & Culture strategy into local people plans, and design and deliver organisational change initiatives.
  • You will have a proven track record of embedding creative strategies that deliver progressive organisational change, building capability, engaging and getting the best from our people and promoting a genuinely diverse and inclusive workplace. Alongside this, you will have experience of translating business priorities into people plans and have experience of supporting organisational change and cultural transformation.
    In person interviews due to take place week commencing 17th April 2023.
