Job Overview:

As a Delivery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries for our customers.

You will work closely with internal departments such as Contracts, Production, and Purchasing and maintain strong relationships with customers,suppliers, and transport partners.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Schedule deliveries with transport partners and prepare delivery documentation.
  • Confirm delivery dates with customers.
  • Ensure correct labeling and packaging of goods to avoid damage during transport.
  • Prepare despatch documentation and coordinate directtosite deliveries with suppliers.
  • Monitor delivery status and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Notify customers of any delivery delays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service pre and postdelivery.
  • Respond to deliveryrelated inquiries and concerns from customers in a timely manner.

Person Specification:


  • A motivated and customercentric individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with an exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
