Qualified Production Setter

This is an excellent opportunity for a forward thinking, highly motivated & team orientated individuals to join our company in a technical role.

As a Production Setter you will report to a Shift Team Leader and will be responsible for the set-up and efficient running of moulds, moulding machines and ancillary equipment to meet the quality standards and production targets, as well as carrying out operational duties associated with the manufacture, packaging and inspection of products within the department.

To be considered for the role you will need to be able to demonstrate that you:

Are a confident and clear communicator
Have a strong team ethos
Are well organised and can take a methodical approach
Have a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
Have a good work ethic and attendance record
Are adept at working with numbers and comfortable completing associated paperwork
Have a good understanding of machine operation and running procedures
Have experience of working in a fastpaced work environment
Have previous experience of working as a setter or in machine minder capacity, ideally within the injection moulding industry
Have previous experience & knowledge of injection moulding and tooling with a IMT3 qualification
Have previous experience of finishing, Wadding & Assembly Equipment
Have previous experience of Process Optimisation & Fault Finding
Have previous experience of Quality Inspection & Testing
Have a NVQ level 2 in engineering needed
Have or working towards a NVQ level 3 in engineering
