It's an exciting time to join AXA Health, as we seek to revolutionise our approach to customer marketing activities. As a result, we're seeking a talented person to join our Marketing team as a Social Media Executive.

For this role you'll need to have a flair of creativity, with a great imagination, and can be hands on with content creation - either with your own skills or briefing an agency.

It also doesn't hurt if you love spreadsheets and data too.


You'll be supporting the Social Media & Creative Manager with developing and driving the Social Media strategy for AXA Health.

You'll also get the opportunity to work across the different areas of the business to deliver Social Media campaigns and content that meet objectives and promote the AXA Health brand.

This is a 6-month FTC / secondment, with potential to be extended to permanent.

For this role, you will have the ability to work from home, with the need to travel to our Tunbridge Wells or London office for collaborative working on a frequent basis.


What you'll be doing:


  • Managing the creation and delivery of onbrand Social Media assets and copy. Working with team members to deliver campaigns across the agreed Social Media channels and driving the broader integrated campaign goals.
  • Proactively research social media trends and insights, to recommend and test new content opportunities for our social media channels.
  • Working with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identifying the appropriate channel/content approach (including consideration of relevant influencers, reputational management, and paid activity) and setting success measures.
  • Reporting on Social Media activity against agreed success measures, feeding learnings into the ongoing strategy.
  • Keeping uptodate with Social Media best practice, including channel advances and new channel developments.

Qualifications:


  • Hands on experience of social media marketing.
  • Passion for social media and indepth knowledge of platforms.
  • An understanding of how social media contributes to the overall marketing mix.
  • Creative or communications background.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong communication skills, influencing and copywriting skills.

Beneficial for this role:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud skills.
  • Visual design skills with a background in graphics, photography or video production.
  • Influencer management.
  • Formal marketing qualifications.
  • A background, or passion for, health & wellbeing.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics.


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
