  • The role
  • As Delivery Coordinator you'll provide an effective, efficient and professional improvising service for our customers with a focus on quality and accuracy of information/service delivery, keeping the customers informed throughout.
  • You'll manage order exceptions and work closely with our suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • You'll also champion the continuous improvement of services and processes within provisioning, keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.
  • Your responsibilities
  • To manage the following tasks and transactions:
  • Order Placement
  • Rejections
  • Amendments, Modifications & Cancellations
  • Order delays
  • Number Management & Porting
  • Additional Supporting Activities will include:
  • To manage customer queries relating to provisioning activities.
  • Taking ownership of provisioning orders end to end
  • Managing customers' expectations in line with the product and service offering.
  • Key Skills required to be successful in the role:
  • Order management experience
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • It would be great if you also have:
  • Knowledge of Dise/Salesforce/SI/EMPportal
  • Contact centre experience
