SJC Partners is currently managing the recruitment process on behalf of a highly regarded mid-market private equity business, which has just gone through a second fund raise, seeking to hire an Investment Manager.

This position represents a rare opportunity for a Transaction Services or Corporate restructuring professional to enter private equity at a relatively early stage in their career.

Applicants with a minimum of three years advisory or due diligence experienceare invited to apply.
The Investment Manager will work across the full deal cycle from initial investment appraisal through to exclusivity and completion. This will involve everything from commercial due diligence to detailed financial analysis and modelling. Applicants should beable to demonstrate their strong commercial acumen and equal technical ability.

Applicants should demonstrate a real desire to work in private equity with a history of high performance in their academic and professional backgrounds.
