Inbound Customer Service Advisor - Worksop, United Kingdom - DDCOS

Do you want to be part of a unique community who are currently on an exciting journey of growth and change? We'd love you to join us at DDC Outsourcing SolutionsCoverage required Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm, 39 hours per week. You will work 1 in 3 Saturdays.
Bank Holiday working will be required, with a day off in lieu. Options to work from home (remote working) can be discussed once grad bay is complete.
START DATES WILL BE 4th September 2023.

As a Call Centre Advisor, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Provide exceptional customer experiences to our client's customers
- Hitting Daily KPI's
- Navigate various systems to assist query resolution
- Record information based on the interactions you manage
- Continually look for ways to improve experiences and processes
While Call Centre experience may be an advantage, we want to hear from you if you are able to display the below:
