Description

Eden Brown Synergy is currently working in partnership with a Public Sector Organisation in Derbyshire which is looking to recruit a Cyber Security Lead on an interim basis for 6 months initially.


What we are looking for:


Skills and knowledge
Extensive knowledge of ICT Security principles and concepts.
Extensive knowledge of ICT Security strategies and technologies.
Knowledge of how ICT can be used to drive change and improve the delivery of services.
Knowledge and understanding of legislation relating to specific service areas
Excellent communication skills able to negotiate, persuade and
influence outcomes critical to the business
Excellent numeracy skills and the ability to analyse and present complex financial data


Qualifications
Relevant degree or equivalent recognised ICT qualification or relevant experience at a senior level
Recognised management qualification or evidence of relevant professional management development or experience
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
ITIL certificate
Agile/Sprint


Responsibilities
1) Monitor all operations and infrastructure security components
2) Monitor internal and external security compliance
3) Lead and ensure regulation compliance (PSN, DSP Toolkit etc)
4) Map out the DCC security incident response program
5) Lead team of cybersecurity professionals
6) support the wider organisation in cyber security matters
