On behalf of our client in Basingstoke, M4 Recruitment are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for a Permanent position.

As a Customer Service Administrator, your main duties would be as follows:

  • Delivering excellent customer service through giving clear direction to the customer via the delivery team and liaising with both internal and external customers
  • Working alongside the planning team
  • Call to confirm delivery arrangements
  • Arrange alternative delivery arrangements with end customers, lead customer and planning team
  • Coordinate on road issues with drivers
  • Be the key interface between customers ensuring a balanced approach is taken to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Record call results with high levels of accuracy
  • Operational administration as required
  • Any other duties as requested

Requirements for the Customer Service Administrator role:

  • Attention to Detail
  • Team Player
  • Experience in making and receiving high volume of calls
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office, must be able to use Outlook, Teams and Excel
  • Excellent Communication and organisational skills
  • Use own initiative
  • Great team player
  • Highly adaptable and able to work under pressurised situations
