Description

We are recruiting Support Workers to join our team in Birmingham. Aspects Care Ltd support service users with complex Learning difficulties, Challenging behaviour and Mental Health.

We are looking to recruit full time, fully flexible Support Workers to assist with daily living skills and supporting them to live independently in their community.

You will be required to administer medication, complete cleaning & household tasks, provide personal care and provide support to service users through the day when required.

You will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is completed in line with CQC and company guidelines.

Aspects Care Ltd operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week so staff will need to be fully flexible, able to work weekends and willing to cover AL and sickness.

Experience with Autism and Mental Health is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided and we will support you through your Health and Social Care qualifications.
