I-MEX (M&E) Ltd are a building services engineering provider based in Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk.


I-MEX were formed in 2013 and undertake work across all sectors, however, specialises in high-rise residential schemes within Central and Greater London, East Anglia and Hertfordshire.


An opportunity has arisen for an
Aftercare Co-ordinator to join our expanding team within our new custom-built offices in Risby, Bury St Edmunds.


As our
Aftercare Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for dealing with our Clients' customer services teams, day-to-day management and administration relating to all customer concerns as well as allocating jobs to the I-MEX aftercare team and subcontractors in order to resolve any issues within a resident's new home.

Typical day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:_

  • Oversee allocation of work to the aftercare operatives, the existing site teams and/or subcontractors in order to investigate and resolve any issues that have been reported.
  • Maintain reasonable timescales for customers for any remedial works whilst ensuring that customers are kept informed throughout any process taking place in their home.
  • Ensure data is being recorded correctly for all customer issues and KPIs on our Clixifix Software.
  • Order products for collection to enable operatives to complete their scheduled tasks.
  • Contacting manufacturers with any product failures to request replacements.
  • Preparation and issue the weekly defects report as directed by the Procurement Manager.
  • Offer feedback to the business in relation to defective materials and common faults.
  • Ensure maintenance routines are completed and documented.

Benefits of the role include:_
- _08:30 to 17:30 with an hour for lunch Monday
  • Thursday to 16.30 Friday._
- _20 days holiday and additional days off at Christmas at the discretion of the Directors. This increases to 22 and 25 days subsequently after continued service._

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
