This person will provide expert advice and guidance to the SJP Partnership on all aspects of partner finance operations processes, assessing and processing requests and ensuring cases are appropriately prioritised.


What you'll be doing:


  • Be accountable for completing a range of Operations requests. These will include SJP commutations, assignments, and client servicing agreements. Ensure that all parties are aware of next steps and progress.
  • Adopt a continuous improvement approach, ensuring that any identified process gaps result in an enhanced quality control framework.

Who we're looking for:


  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office packages, intermediate/advanced Excel (eg VLookUp, CountIf formulas, pivot tables).
  • Experienced in a previous coordinator role or similar working environment, used to high volume task orientated roles.
  • Previous exposure to coding (eg SQL) advantageous.
  • An understanding of SJP and what the business provides.
  • Good problemsolving skills able to understand the requirements of different Partner businesses and able to adapt processes to meet Partner needs whilst balancing internal requirements.
  • Adopts an open, engaging, inclusive style with colleagues.
  • Able to engage and interact at all levels.
  • Demonstrates resilience when dealing with a range of parties.
  • Effective listening and negotiating skills.

Special Requirements:

Will be required to attend & travel to meetings and presentations within UK locations on an ad hoc basis.
