Are you a problem solver with excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:


Service Desk Management:
Efficiently run our service desk, ensuring smooth operations and timely customer support.


Parts Ordering:
Manage the process of ordering parts, ensuring that the workshop has the necessary components for each job.


Warranty Claims:
Handle car warranty claims, liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve issues promptly.


Customer Queries:
Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, providing clear and helpful information.


Workshop Collaboration:
Work closely with the workshop team to coordinate and monitor technicians' hours per job, optimizing efficiency.


Booking Jobs:
Schedule and organize customer jobs, ensuring accurate and timely bookings.


Computer Literacy:

Utilize computer systems effectively to manage service desk operations, record information, and communicate with customers and the workshop team.


Training and Progression:
Receive comprehensive training and seize opportunities for career progression within our organization.


Requirements:

Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Computer literacy and proficiency in using relevant software
Ability to work collaboratively with a workshop team
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proactive attitude and adaptability
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory
