Customer Service Assistant - Permanent 35 hours per week


We are seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Assistant to support the delivery of an excellent factoring and property management service to our subsidiary companies.


The role is office based and involves working within a small busy team, providing day to day front line customer service support, including first point telephone contact, maintaining and updating customer records, assisting with mail merges and ad hoc administration duties.

The post will also require working occasional evenings, taking minutes at quarterly board meetings and owners meetings.

The successful applicant should be highly motivated, efficient, well organised and they must have the ability to multi-task. It is essential that the applicant has excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they will on occasion be communicating with customers who are experiencing emergency


You will:
