Flexible working - Currently trialling a mix of working in the office and working from home.

The role

This company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced assistant to enhance and develop your current skills, and join our expanding Compliance Team.

You'll be reporting to the Compliance Manager to assist in supporting the increasingly in-demand Compliance function.

This role is diverse and will require a practical and attentive individual who is able to combine research and analysis skills with a pragmaticattitude and strong administrative skills.

What you'll be getting up to:

  • Administration and processing of all documents and correspondence undertaken by the Compliance department, dealing with all tasks in a timely manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of UK, EU and US advertising regulations, laws, rules and guidelines applicable to our marketing business.
  • Maintain knowledge of Company policies and procedures.
  • Undertaking new supplier due diligence to include risk analysis, ensuring new suppliers are appropriately vetted in line with the Company's compliance requirements.
  • Existing supplier monitoring and reporting.
  • Supporting the wider team by providing compliance guidance, support documentation and training.
  • Undertaking compliance reviews and audits.
  • Assisting the team with GDPR and data protection compliance.
  • Support the Compliance Manager with daytoday tasks and projects.

Ideally your education, skills and experience would include:

  • An undergraduate degree in compliance, business, management, law or other relevant qualifications.
  • Experience of working in regulated environments / industry.
