Project Executive
The Project Executive is a client-facing role whose principal task is to support the Project
Manager(s) in the successful and profitable operational delivery and management of their
allocated projects.
Responsibilities:
- Deputize for the Project Manager during their absence.
- Implement Project Management tools and approaches such as:
- Supporting Project Managers in the development, maintenance and monitoring of
- Supporting project finance management, including overseeing budgets and
- Leading the periodical project Gender and Risk reviews with IN2 Gender and Risk
- Ensuring adherence to set governance processes, such as preparing initial drafts of
the internal review and sign-off process
- Lead the organization, coordination, and delivery of project meetings internal
- Capturing, drafting, circulating and followingup minutes and action notes from
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
- Set up and maintain project folders and filing systems.
- Support the Portfolio Management Office team with adhoc tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
- At least one year's work experience in any business function, ideally with exposure to
- Bilingual languages skills preferred (English + 1 or 1 + English)
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Good organizational skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work on own initiative
- Relationship builder and team player.
- Keen to contribute from Day 1 and willing to learn
