Role Overview:
As a Qualified Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students within Wolverhampton Primary Schools.
You will be working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide one-on-one support to children with varying learning needs.
Your commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and assisting students in reaching their full potential will be vital in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to assist in planning and delivering lessons.
- Provide onetoone or small group support to students who require additional help.
- Help to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in monitoring and recording students' progress and behavior.
- Support children with special educational needs (SEN) and cater to their individual requirements.
- Contribute to the overall wellbeing and pastoral care of students.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Teaching Assistance (e.g., CACHE Level 3) or equivalent.
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and teaching methods.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting children's development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

£77.00-£90.54 per day
