Our forward thinking client in Basingstoke are looking for a self-motivated Call Operator to join their team Salary up to 24k, 22 days holiday and free parking.

  • Shift work: 4 on and 4 off (alternating day and night shifts)

As the Call Operator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and resolving the intercom calls in a professional manner at a car park
  • Maintaining accurate logs by recording information gathered through the intercom
  • Carrying out administrative duties
  • Offer the highest level of customer service at all times seeking the assistance of your manager when necessary
  • Keep up to date with technical training on all systems

To succeed as the Call Operator you will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Organised and a good multitasker
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Be prepared to work shifts as part of a 24/7 cover
  • Computer Skills, Excel, MS Word documents
  • Control room experience is preferred but not essential
