Our client, a global technology organisation, urgently require an experienced Service Delivery Manager to undertake a long term contract.

In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:

Service Delivery Manager for AWS Cloud Platform
Experience gained within Central Government
SC Cleared

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

Monitoring and managing AWS cloud platform support functions to ensure optimal service
Managing high priority incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for postincident reviews
Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery

Performance and Quality Management

Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades
Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery
Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange
Additional skills
Experience of ServiceNow
Experience and knowledge of Service Management Framework
