About Role:

As an HR Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on HR service design and changing operating models that result from the deployment of technology and automation.

You will guide clients through the process of defining where there are opportunities for change and how these can be translated into a roadmap and action plan.

Your responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide support and expertise with HR service design, operating models, and capability. You will advise clients on the deployment of HR technology solutions, from both a functional, organizational, and change perspective. You will work closely with clients to design technology and automation solutions, including facilitating design decisions.

will also include mapping and documenting HR processes, identifying and resolving risks and issues arising from the deployment of technology solutions, and working with technical teams to ensure the technical solution is built as per design and meets the requirements of the business.

You will work with the business to define and embed new ways of working.
