Join our team at ISS as a Zone Controller and become an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional cleaning services. In this role, you'll work closely with the Duty/Line Manager, providing crucial support and stepping in when needed to ensure seamless operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to uphold profitability and achieve targets, all while adhering to ISS corporate policies to safeguard our reputation.

As Zone Controller, you'll oversee various business processes, ensuring they align with ISS standards of excellence. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be instrumental in maintaining high standards across all cleaning operations.

Additionally, you'll play a key role in promoting a fair and consistent approach to staffing issues, including recruitment, training, and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the image of the contract reflects the professional image of the Company*:

  • Provide support for Senior Managers*:

  • General administrative duties including completion of key records, stores control*:

Responsible for the control of all techniques, paperwork, equipment, materials and resources to achieve the highest quality, most cost effective and technically appropriate results*:


  • Responsible for maintaining stock levels, keeping all delivery or materials movement records safe, assuring all materials are signed out from stores*:

Ensure all equipment on site is in good working order, report any defects and make sure they are followed through
