We are currently recruiting for a Stock Admin Assistant to join our YO Sushi store, situated in the departure lounge of Luton Airport.

Delivering a well-presented store, with great availability is a key part of a customer's overall dining experience.

As a Stock Admin Assistant, you will work to maintain store standards through effective stock control, availability and holding, all integral to delivering first class customer service to our patrons.


This role will be active in the daily running of the stockrooms, ordering and wastage recording, whilst adhering to all procedures set.

Managing deliveries and all relevant paperwork admin.


Key responsibilities:


  • Compiling and processing orders with multiple external suppliers
  • Checking incoming deliveries against delivery paperwork
  • Managing all order/delivery paperwork, processing it as needed to our finance department
  • Packing and delivering stock safely to the kitchen/store
  • Storing products in their allocated locations
  • Ensuring stock is held securely and managed in line with food safety guidelines
  • Assist in stocktakes
  • Assist in ticketing of "grab and go" products
  • Managing stock inventory using SAP system

Health & Safety

  • Ensuring all food safety standards are met during stock management tasks
  • Responsible for identifying potential hazards and reporting them to the manager / supervisors / HR dept

Housekeeping

  • Ensure stockroom floor is kept clean and tidy
  • General housekeeping
  • Dispose of all waste products in line with the airport authority guidelines

Woking pattern:5 out of 7 days, will involve evening and weekend where required
