About the job
This role is to support the performance team with building new reporting to underpin a new performance measurement framework.
In the first instance this will be identifying and linking data sources for the CRMP (long-term strategy) Key Performance Indicatorsand working with stakeholders to test reports.
Key responsibilities
- Line management of two Performance Reporting officers, including managing the collective workload, delegation of tasks, professional support and development.
- Act as a 'business consultant' to heads of service and other top managers to support their own understanding of performance improvement
- Maintain a good level of knowledge and awareness of developments at a national or organisational level which may influence performance review, management and improvement initiatives.
Skills, knowledge, and experience
- Experience of visualising data using a range of tools and techniques.
