This is a very busy and demanding role.

Training will be provided on generating and supporting valuations, negotiating offers and managing your own pipeline of sales progressions from offer stage through to completion.

Key Activities:

To generate and book valuations
Generate new business in a target driven environment
Support the sales process through from offer to completion
Demonstrate excellent communication with clients
Support viewings / enquiries and feedback
Meticulous attention to paperwork
Undertake viewings / negotiate offers / liaise with solicitors, surveyors etc
Refer clients to additional services for solicitors and financial services
Produce property sales particulars
Support the lettings team

A background in customer service, sales and working to meet targets an advantage but not essential.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with energy and the ability to maximise on opportunities.

You would need to be a team player, possess excellent verbal and written communications skills and work calmly under pressure.

We are open Monday - Friday 9am -5:30pm and Saturday morning on a rotation basis. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this post. Salary dependent on experience.
