Do you have an eye for detail and do you enjoy collating data information into a compelling and logical way? We are seeking a talented professional to deliver high-quality and comprehensive reports - enabling informed and impactful decisions for grants to be made to our partners working with persecuted Christians in our Field Regions.

Besides this, you will be responsible to develop and enhance reporting processes in line with the needs of key stakeholders across the globe.


Granting Management & Reporting is a team of five and currently based in Canada, UK and Netherlands. The team aligns the need for Field Projects to the opportunities our Development Offices see to raise funds for. The process also supports transparency, related to financial compliance and fundraising impact reporting.


Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain extensive local knowledge, to advise, support and improve sustainable services related to Reporting (Program & Management).
  • To provide updates within the system dashboards for enhanced visibility
  • Review, edit and deliver high quality proposals, reports and content
  • Initiate, shape and implement improvements of the reporting process
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Field Program Management processes and systems are understood and translatable to the needs of Development
  • To participate as a group member in other project areas

Your profile

  • A committed Christian with a passion for the Persecuted Church
  • Bachelor's degree or administrative qualification
  • Some years' experience in a relevant position
  • Intermediate level of Excel skills to manage financials and data
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Proven ability in selfstructured, proactive working practice, and ability to navigate complex environments in a culturally sensitive, harmonious manner

Location preferably in the UK or NL. This is a salaried position with a fulltime gross monthly salary between £31,612 and £42,149.

This position reports directly to the Granting Process Manager.
