About Our Client
Our client is a vibrant established accountancy practice based in East Hampshire. The business provides expert advice to cater for all of their client's accounting needs. They offer a range of services to both businesses and individuals which includes accounting, audit and tax.

Job Brief
The practice is on the lookout for a Trainee Accountant to join their fast growing team in East Hampshire.

This is a superb opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual, to be exposed to several different businesses in varying industries.

You'll be primarily responsible for assisting management to provide small and medium sized businesses with accurate and timely accounting and taxation support.

Your duties will involve, but are not limited to:

The preparation and submission of VAT returns.
Assistance with the preparation of personal tax computations.
The completion of yearend accounts for businesses and associated tax computations.
Assistance with the preparation of personal tax computations.
Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients.
Using cloud based accounting systems.

The Successful Applicant

Willingness to learn and work within a team.
Good communication skills.
Experience within an accountancy practice is preferred but not necessarily required.
Experience with accounting software's would be beneficial.
Proficient on Excel and Word.
