Are you an experienced Accounts Payable, looking for a new challenge to be part of an International Fashion House and a company that will offer you long term opportunity and challenge? You will be part of a team who will focus on Stock Invoices and supportthe AP Supervisor and the Finance Manager with any other ad hoc duties.

You will be a natural at building relationships, excellent eye to detail and enjoy being part of a very busy team within the company.

THE ROLE

Manage stock related invoices from point of input, through to payment and reconciliation of supplier accounts.
Accurate, timely dataentry and coding of stock related invoices in the accounting system.
Ensure stock invoices are matched to stock POs and any quantity or cost discrepancies are queried with relevant departments.
Deliver a timely and clear monthend to the business, ensure invoices are recorded in the right period and daily deadlines adhered to.
Ensure the Accounts Payable ledger is accurate, fully allocated and any old or outstanding items are reported to the Accounts Payable manager.
Support the Treasury and Payables Manager in managing the PO process within the business, with experience of working closely with approvers at all levels.
Processing of weekly, multimillion pound payment runs in multiple currencies.
Reconciliation of supplier accounts on a regular basis.
Additional adhoc duties as required.
