£30,151 progressing to £32,909 (pro rata for part-time)

You will play a key role in a project focused on helping unemployed residents in Hertfordshire with a diagnosed or undiagnosed disability or barrier(s) into employment, education, or training.


Your role will be to identify, set up and maintain partnerships across all sectors within the Hertfordshire area to recruit participants and learners to the employment and education provision within Step2Skills.

This will involve presenting and promotingthe Inclusive Employment Project (part funded by the European Social Fund) and Step2Skills services to a wide variety of groups either in person, or virtually.


Whilst your primary role will be to generate new referrals to the Inclusive Employment project, you will also work closely with the Marketing and Outreach Manager to implement Step2Skills marketing strategy.

You will be the link into the community to feedbackto the marketing team regarding what events are going on in the local communities and any marketing opportunities that may be available.


We'll need you to have a proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including those who have a diagnosed or undiagnosed disability or barrier(s) such as neurodiversity, mental health conditions, sensory needs or learning and physicaldisabilities.


To effectively promote the project you will be confident in public speaking / presenting to a wide variety of groups, be highly pro-active and have excellent organisation and time management skills.


You can make a real difference to Hertfordshire residents by helping to create a more inclusive society for Hertfordshire residents.
