Job Title:
Procurement Administrator


Reporting to:
Procurement Manager


Role Overview:

Lawtech Group is a leading principal contractor specialising in cladding remediation work based in South East England.

The overall purpose of the Procurement Administrator role is to offer support the Procurement Manager.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders on proposed works and during the Preconstruction phase
  • Creating subcontractor orders
  • Tracking subcontractor Pre Qualification Questionnaires, Site Audits and their Insurance details
  • Input subcontractor details on the system & filing
  • Audit Trail
  • Tracking subcontractor signed contracts
  • Tracking site requirements for Subcontract packages
  • Tracking & increasing Subcontractor database
  • Update & maintain specific database for Subcontractors:
Develop and maintain a filing system.

  • Liaising with H&S, Design & Technical, Estimating to ensure scope of works and delivering of works is fulfilled
  • Communication with Site Staff & Subcontractors to ensure attendances on site as agreed.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Competent user MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Previous experience with Subcontractors & the construction industry (advantage)
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Advanced user MS Excel/Word, Microsoft packages.
  • Attention to detail and analytical approach
  • Ability to drive to the sites if required, with the Procurement Manager
