Maintenance Person to join them.
Located on the promenade of the seaside town of Leven in Fife, Leven Beach enjoys picturesque views across the Firth of Forth, adding to the charm of its location.
This purpose-built care home provides high quality, personalised nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia and its related conditions.
Salary:
£11.81 per hour + overtime rates + benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week
What about you?
Joining us your focus will be on keeping the building and grounds of this 52-bed care home safe and well maintained for the residents who live there.
Your day-to-day role will see you managing both reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks.
This will involve anything from using your keen attention to detail and competent IT skills to support the Home Manager from a compliance perspective, to using your painting skills to ensure the rooms offer a homely environment for our residents.
Your previous experience in a facilities role, combined with a good working knowledge of health and safety, mean that you are quick to spot when things don't look quite right and take the appropriate action.
With your previous experience in a similar role and your very own designated mentor, induction programme and ongoing training, you'll make this role your own in no time.
