FINTECH CUSTOMER SERVICE CLIENT MANAGEMENT
I'm working with a speedily growing financial technology company looking to add a consultant to their client services and onboarding team.
This is a great time to join this firm, working with some of the top clients on the market while enjoying the boomof the community and culture led company.
To be successful in this role its essential that you are an organised and driven individual with excellent attention to detail as well as can collaborate well with the wider team to meet the needs of the client in what can sometimes be a pressurised environment.
Requirements:
- Strong Experience in a Client facing or B2B customer service role
- Experienced using MS Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Selforganized, businessoriented, selfstarter
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 1+ year of SQL experience preferable
- Passionate to work within the financial industry
