We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Planning Permission Consultant to join our team.

The Planning Permission Consultant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the planning permission process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Research and present possible plots available to the directors for consideration
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to assess the feasibility of proposed developments.
• Stay uptodate with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in planning and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in planning permission management, preferably in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of planning legislation, regulations, and procedures in the UK. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
