- Annual salary up to £35,000

- Remote - must live within 2 hours of Bristol

- 28 days holiday + bank holiday

We are partnered with an innovative SaaS company, based in Bristol, who are looking for a Service Desk Manager to join them.

They have amazing plans to grow the team massively from where it is currently and they are looking for somebody that has experiencedoing this previously.

You'll need an analytical mind and to be able to report any business needs to your Head of Service.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing of the Service Desk team on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring to keep your team motivated and achieving targets.
  • Responsible for regular budget reviews.
  • Planning and conducting new starter inductions.
  • Identify any trends, create reports and find opportunities to increase profit.
  • Working closes with the Head of Service to develop your team.

What you'll need to apply

  • Experience within Service Desk, Support Desk or Call Centre Management.
  • Proven experience of growing and developing teams.
  • Use of Zoho Software or similar is advantageous but isn't essential.
