YiFang, the leading Bubble Tea company is opening a brand new store in Elephant and CastleWe are looking for four bubbling store assistants to join the team

Yi Fang Fruit Tea - Elephant and castle is looking for truly team players who will become an expert in one of the leading companies in the bubble tea industry.

We are using 100% premium natural ingredients and not artificial flavours in our products, making them absolutely unforgettable, so is the journey working with us.

We are looking for people who are:

Customer oriented, service minded, attention to quality, great smile, can-do attitude.
Someone who has pride in each task of the job, with adaptability to work in a fast pace environment.
Fluent in English, great in communication and a truly team player.

The main tasks for this opportunity are:

Greeting and taking orders from all our customers in store and over the phone, Passion for people and a great host.
Brewing a high quality tea in line with our recipes.
Preparing and serving drinks.
Helping with controlling waste and maintain all standards at all times.
Operating the till.
Team tasks as cleaning, organising your place of work.
Helping to open/close the shop.
