If you can use an XBox controller, you can operate one of our robots Work with your hands, in beautiful and interesting farm locations with the biggest fleet of agricultural robots in the world.

What you'll do

• Monitor and operate robots during night shifts, ensuring optimal performance
• Work a minimum of 2 nights a week, dedicating 68 hours per night to this crucial operation
• Start time is dependent on sunset, so changes throughout the year. Latest start time is 20:00.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot minor issues to keep robots running smoothly
• Collaborate with team of dedicated technicians and operators, sharing insights and improvements

The hourly rate pay range below represents the low and high end of our range for this position.

Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, and responsibilities.
