Summary of the role:


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members to identify hiring needs and priorities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, and managing recruitmentrelated documentation.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a recruitment coordination or administrative role, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel, as well as experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problemsolving, with a commitment to delivering highquality results.
**This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months from February February 2025
