Senior Metal Worker - Newcastle-U-Lyme ST5

£12.50ph - £14.00ph (depending on experience)

The client is an established engineering & steel fabricationcompany.


Duties:


Time served individual who has knowledge of working with mild steel and stainless steel sheet materials from 0.5mm to 2mm thickness.

Ability to safely operate machinery required, i.e. guillotine, presses, rollers etc to carry out work.
Capable of reading and working from drawings.
All current H&S compliance required (training will be given if required).


Working Pattern:


  • Monday to Friday
  • Core hours 07:00 16:30
  • Pay Rate £ £14.00ph depending on experience
  • Overtime after 8 hours Weekdays x 1.33, Saturday x 1.50, Sundays x
  • Breaks x 3 (two for x 10 min paid), Lunch ( x30 min unpaid)

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£12.50-£14.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • Overtime

Experience:


  • Guillotine operate: 1 year (preferred)
  • Machining operate: 1 year (preferred)
