Description

We are a Property Management company with a strong focus on integrity and customer care operating in in East London for 14 years.

We are looking for an Administrator to join our property management and lettings departments.

Full training will be provided and there is a path to promotion to lettings agent or property manager for the person who excels in this role.

The job is not fully office based, your duties will require you to visit properties so a driver's licence is a must.


Your duties and opportunities will include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Arranging appointments and managing the schedules of workmen and managers.
  • Liaising with councils and utility companies.
  • Analysing inspection reports and identifying deductions and advisories.
  • Ensuring all safety certificates are up to date.
  • Assisting senior property manager with daily tasks.
  • Completing various adhoc administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring all tenant/landlord details are up to date.

Essential Skills:

  • Driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Having excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • A second language would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Organisation must be able to prioritise many competing demands on your time.
  • Being punctual and presentable.
  • Maintaining an excellent professional manner with clients.
  • Must be able to take direction from senior colleges.
  • Must be able to work on your own or within a team as needed.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Romford, RM3 0BS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence and own vehicle? (required)
