We are looking for a
Head Concierge:

who under the support and guidance of the relevant Senior Manager and within the limits of the PPHE Standard Operating Procedures, performs Head of Department

- duties connected to all Concierge, Door & Luggage services to our external, internal and VIP guests

Who will manage and develop their team through planning and execution of payroll and rotas, recruitment, induction, training, appraisals, and performance

- management

Who provides leadership through leading by example
Who clearly communicates both operational and strategic information, and ongoing customer feedback and ensures team members are trained and developed
Who empowers the Concierge team by providing an inspiring service culture through briefings, team meetings and coaching
Who has previous Assistant Head Concierge or Head Concierge experience in a hotel
