Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Junior Sales Partner.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and eager to kick-start their career in the field.

The Trainee Junior Sales Partner will receive comprehensive training and support to develop their sales skills and contribute to the success of our sales team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Participate in an intensive training program to learn about our products/services, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Assist senior sales team members in prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities.
  • Shadow experienced sales representatives during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain practical sales experience.
  • Learn to build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Utilise CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in sales with a willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, selfmotivated, and resultsoriented.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Previous sales experience or internship (preferred but not required).
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
