An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time, (22,5 hours per week), Band 3 Team administrator to work in the new GHC Social Care Hub.

This is a newly created Team who will be undertaking some of the statutory Social Care functions within the Trust including assessment and support planning.

The administrator role for this team provides an opportunity to undertake wide variety of tasks and opportunity to develop and learn new skills.

To work as an integrated member of the Social care Hub to provide administration support in accordance with the requirements of the service.

To project the professional image of the trust through demonstrating excellent customer care.


To be responsible for a number of office systems including ordering using the trusts procurement system, processing invoices when required.

To provide cover for other social care administration posts within the wider Social Care Team

This post requires the post holder to be able to undertake all statutory and mandatory training and post holders must be able to undertake physical interventions.

Fitness for physical intervention will be assessed by Occupational Health.
