As a Regional Vice President Sales (RVP), you will lead, manage and support a team of Managers and Account Executives.

You will be part of the Senior Sales Leadership team reporting into the AVP and Head of Sales for EMEA.


We are seeking an experienced, quota carrying Sales Leader who is looking to focus their skills to drive the effective use of technology for Growth (metrics) and social benefit (mission).

Job Profile:

The RVP will be responsible for setting and executing 's sales strategy for the UK region.

This executive will assume leadership of a growing sales organization, to help drive al segments of the business varying from small runrate, add on and large transformational enterprise deals.

**Responsibilities: - Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate 25%+ annual growth in ACV bookings for the region

  • Maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Develop and implement GTM strategies for expanding the customer base
  • Conducts weekly forecast meetings. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
  • Reports on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
  • Consistently monitors the sales activity of the team, and tracks the results
  • Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels. Work with crossfunctional team.
  • Support direct reports and individual Account Executives by participating and leading in client
and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required.

  • Ongoing Talent management of sales team, which includes recruiting, hiring, training, retaining and personal development
**Required Skills/Experience: - 1st and 2th line management and leadership experience leading teams in as well Small business as enterprise strategic sales in the European region.

  • Strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining a high performing organization.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • 8+ years in software
  • Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal and referenceable customers.
  • Experience selling Business to Consumer and/or Non Profit market segments.
  • Csuite level presence, excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven success working within a matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships
across all functions.

  • Proven ability to thrive in fastpaced, teambased environments. Highly collaborative and
curious with a strong ability to learn and change often and quickly.

  • Outstanding leadership qualities, a selfstarter attitude and the ability to welcome, receive and
action on feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Strong operational and analytical abilities.
  • Strategic enterprise sales experience and revenue achievement selling multiple enterprise
software offerings and complex solutions.

  • Proven record of success in a high volume transaction sales environment.
  • Solid understanding of business value based selling.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor degree preferred.
