This business has amazing staff retention across the board, trainee engineers have become project engineers, the receptionist has been with the business for 7+ years, and the current Bookkeeper is only leaving as she is moving back to Middlesbrough at the end of May, giving plenty enough time for you to have a detailed handover.

The MD genuinely cares about the happiness and satisfaction of the team, he holds quarterly one-to-ones with his staff to discuss how they're getting on and what support they need.

As well as treating the team every Friday to lunch from the local pub or takeaway He really does go above and beyond to ensure you're happy.

You'll be responsible for managing the company's finances and bringing the accounts up to trial balance. This would suit someone from a similar background who enjoys having a diverse workload and managing it autonomously.
