An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual who can play a key role in the delivery ofclinical typing supportto the SWLEOC, Consultant Surgeons, Anesthetists and any other ad hoc requests.

To provide a comprehensive typing and clerical service in a very busy outpatient unit.
Type letters relating to out-patient clinics, along with correspondence and other papers, in a timely and accurate manner.
Highlight missing or incorrect dictation, to clinicians and senior administrative staff. Along with notifying the Outpatient team of any discrepancies in appointment booking and requirements in clinical dictation
Receive and resolve telephone enquires from patients, health care professionals, GP's and other people both inside and outside the hospital, at all levels. Passing messages on to appropriate person. Make telephone calls on behalf of the Consultant and teams.
