Tenant Liaison Officer

Salary:
£24,000 - £26,000 per annum

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Tenant Liaison Officer. You will be the main point of contact regarding planned maintenance works being undertaken on Tenants properties.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide information and resolve queries while contractors are delivering efficiency improvement works in customers' homes.

You will be responsible for providing support to the Site Manager by assisting with office duties, answering phones, and providing general administrative support, assisting with the day-to-day operations of the office.


Core Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Providing a highquality service by liaising between the contractors, tenants and Site Managers
  • Managing client relationships to engage on access procedures, installation programmes and community engagement
  • Engaging with field and work planning teams
  • Ensuring all customer details on all systems are accurate to keep clients updated
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with office daily operations such as mail, filing, and other tasks
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Ensuring works are completed and signed off by the tenants

Skills & Experience required:


  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Valid driver's license essential
  • Strong IT skills with the use of Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer care skills with empathy to understand and support needs of tenants
  • Ability to manage change, problem solve and manage own workload.
  • NVQ Level 2 or customer related discipline
  • Strong customer service skills i.e., you must be able to maintain professional demeanour in all situations, housing/social housing experience is desired
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
  • Strong verbal communication skills along with written skills required
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
