IT Project Delivery Engineer - Home Working - £35,000.

Clemence Rogers are working with a well-established company to recruit for a high quality IT Project Delivery Engineer.

Key responsibilities of an IT Project Delivery Engineer:

Building close relationships with all IT teams
Implementing changes in line with the IT change management process and CAB
Building relationships with onsite management teams and IT users
Training IT users during project implementation
Assisting in user acceptance testing
First point of contact for project escalation and troubleshooting during rollout
Working to agreed project plans and timescales (in conjunction with project managers)

The Ideal IT Project Delivery Engineer:

Understanding of project lifecycle methods
Experience working within an IT Service / Applications / Infrastructure team
Ability to understand and map business processes to IT solutions
An understanding of modern IT Infrastructure technologies and tools, including Cloud, M365, networking
Excellent customer service and communications skills
Experience in infrastructure setup
Relationship building across the Group sites, including management teams and IT users
Flexibility to be able to travel and work out of hours where required
Driving License and transport required (although company vehicles may be provided)
ITIL Foundation qualified (desirable)
